Back of House (Kitchen)

  • Prep – cleans, cuts, and stores all vegetables. Prepares all sauces. Prepares spring rolls. Assists with maintaining all storage areas. Washes all containers and utensils as and when needed. Coordinates with the manager to prepare the variety and quantities required.
  • Bread Station – toasts or cooks all breads according to the orders. Respects all times, temperatures, and procedures. Communicates with kitchen manager and other team members for a smooth flow of items. Maintains area and equipment clean at all times.
  • Fry Station – cooks all fried products as required following correct procedures, times, temperatures, and portions. Communicates with kitchen manager and other team members for a smooth flow of items. Maintains area and equipment clean at all times.
  • Build Station – Prepares all menu items as required following correct procedures, times, temperatures, and portions. Communicates with kitchen manager and other team members for a smooth flow of items. Maintains area and equipment clean at all times.
  • Expo - Receives the food from the kitchen team. Checks for product quality and accuracy. Presents the order to the FOH Pass. Addresses and resolves any issues with orders, working with the FOH Pass. Leads the BOH (Kitchen) team.
